Palming
This is one of the best eyesight improving exercises that can be performed even in your workplace. You should place both your hands over your eyes respectively, with cups of single palm covering each eye. Do not put too much pressure and make sure you can blink freely. Close your eyes for 30 - 60 seconds and relax them. This exercise also helps in relaxation of the mind.

Blinking
One may be amused to know that blinking actually helps in strengthening eyesight. People who stare at the screen of the computer or the television are found to blink very little and stare more at the screen. Blinking helps in relaxation of the muscles. Eye Movement

You should look in one fixed direction, then slowly rotate your eyes in circular motion from left, above, right, below and back in front direction. Than, being with the anti-clock wise, i.e., right, then above, then left, below and back. Doing this for 3 - 4 times everyday helps in maintaining clear vision.
